Symptoms
Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services (SSAS 2012) or SSAS 2014 in multidimensional mode. You use Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) to execute a query, and the query retrieves the member unique name for a parent/child hierarchy in a parent/child dimension. In this situation, the query fails, and you receive the following error message:
File system error: The record ID is incorrect. Physical file: <FilePath>\Microsoft SQL Server\MSAS11.INSTANCENAME\OLAP\Data\DBName.x.db\DimEmployee.xx.dim\xx.Employee ParentKey.kstore. Logical file
