Symptoms
If an XML pipeline is configured to use schema validation in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010, it may not validate all XML messages after you install BizTalk Server 2010 Cumulative Update 7 (CU7).Note This issue also occurs in BizTalk Server 2013 after you apply BizTalk Server 2013 Cumulative Update 2 (CU2).
