HID device still rings if declining a Skype for Business call in a Teams meeting in Skype for Business 2016 (Click-to-Run)

Symptoms

Assume that a Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 (Click-to-Run) user is in a Teams call by using a Human Interface Device (HID) device and receives a Skype for Business call. After the user declines the call, the HID device continues ringing until unplugged.

Resolution

To fix this issue, make sure the client version is higher than 1912 (Build 12325.20288).
