Symptoms

When you close a 3270 Emulator immediately after you start it, the SNABASE service also tries to stop.

Notes

  • This issue occurs when the Autoconnect feature is enabled.

  • The SNABASE service continues to try to stop and can no longer be controlled.


Cause

This issue occurs when the Windows 3270 Emulator signals a global event. This causes both the WIN 3270 Emulator and the SNABASE service to stop.
