This article describes the issues that are fixed in the Microsoft Office 2013 hotfix package that is dated June 10, 2014.
Issues that this hotfix package fixes
Assume that you set up and configure My Sites on a SharePoint Server 2013-based server. When you browse to your My Sites page for the first time, the Get the most out of SharePoint dialog box appears. The dialog box contains OK and No Thanks buttons. However, regardless of which button you click, you receive a welcome email with the subject "Get the most out of SharePoint".
NOTE After you install this update, the administrator can configure whether to send the welcome email or not.
Assume that you have a SharePoint Server 2013 site. You insert a Content Search Web Part onto a page, and then you try to edit the Web Part by clicking Edit Web Part. In this situation, it takes a very long time to display the Web Part tool pane, and you may receive a time-out error message.
When you click the "SHOW MORE POSTS" link on your My Site page, not all posts are loaded as expected, and the "SHOW MORE POSTS" link disappears.
