INTRODUCTION

Issues that this hotfix package fixes

  • Some ActiveX controls are scrolled incorrectly with freeze panes.

  • Assume that you have a shared workbook that has the Allow changes by more than one user at the same time option enabled. You make some changes to a cell that contains phonetic information, and then you accept the change. In this situation, when you try to save the workbook, the save will fail. Additionally, you receive an error message that resembles the following:

    Excel found unreadable content in some parts of the Shared Workbook ‘sample.xlsx’.

    Excel can attempt to recover the contents of this workbook by saving it with a different name or opening the workbook read-only in its current state.

    To save the workbook with a different name, click OK.

    To open the workbook read-only, click Cancel.
