How do I add a Google Apps account?

  1. When you open Outlook to the main inbox page, tap the Account icon (three white lines, or the house icon) in the upper left-hand corner.

  2. Next, tap Settings (the Gear icon) at the bottom of the menu to reach the app settings.

  3. Tap Add Account > Add an Email account.

  4. Enter your email address and continue.

If the app doesn’t automatically detect that you are using a Google account, look at the bottom center or top right corner of the screen for Not _______ ?, and then tap the Google icon on the account setup page. Then, simply enter your account information and sign in.
