Symptoms
The Export-CsArchivingData cmdlet output displays incorrect font of the text if the messages that are sent to Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 or Skype for Business 2015 (Lync 2013) are HTML format.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:

The August 6, 2019, update (KB4475548) for Microsoft Skype for Business 2016.

The August 6, 2019, update (KB4475564) for Microsoft Skype for Business 2015 (Lync 2013).
Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
