Question:

When installing the Integration Manager am receiving an error -2147467262. I am able to go into the Integration Manager, but unable to create a destination.

Answer:

If on Windows 95/98 go into the Windows\System folder. If on Windows NT go into the Winnt\System32 folder. Follow these steps:

1. Rename the COMCAT.DLL file

2. Copy the COMCAT.DLL file from the Integration Manager install into either the Windows\System (if on Windows 95/98) or Winnt\System32 (if on Windows NT) folder.

3. Register the COMCAT.DLL by going to the Start menu and selecting Run. Then type in regsvr32.exe comcat.dll.
