Symptoms
When you send an empty HTTP POST request on an Internet Explorer 11 page that is configured in the Internet zone on a Windows 8.1-based computer, Internet Explorer 11 freezes.
Note This issue does not occur in Internet Explorer 10 and other operating systems.Cause
This issue occurs because Internet Explorer 11 incorrectly handles the empty post data internally, and cannot report any errors for the incorrect handling.
Resolution
Update information
