Before you uninstall this update, you must first uninstall all updates of core components whose version number is 7.0.2046.116 or later for Skype for Business Server 2019, core components. Otherwise, you won't be able to start the RTCSRV service. To remove both updates, follow these steps.

Select Installed Updates.

Uninstall all updates of core components that are of version 7.0.2046.116 or a later version.

Uninstall the following update for Skype for Business Server 2019 (Front End server and Edge server) that is of version 7.0.2046.116: Press and hold (or right-click) Skype for Business Server 2019, Front End Server and Edge Server (KB4506173) with version 7.0.2046.116. Then, select Uninstall.
