This article describes cumulative update package 13 for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. This update contains hotfixes for issues that were fixed after the release of SQL Server 2008 R2. Note The build number of this cumulative update package is 10.50.1815.0. We recommend that you test hotfixes before you deploy them in a production environment. Because the builds are cumulative, each new fix release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2008 R2 fix release. How to uninstall this cumulative update package
To uninstall this cumulative update package, follow these steps:

In Control Panel, open the Add or Remove Programs item. Note If you are running Windows 7, open the Programs and Features item in Control Panel.

Locate the entry that was installed by this cumulative update package.

Right-click the entry, and select Uninstall to remove the cumulative update package.
