INTRODUCTION
This article describes cumulative update package 13 for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. This update contains hotfixes for issues that were fixed after the release of SQL Server 2008 R2.
Note The build number of this cumulative update package is 10.50.1815.0. We recommend that you test hotfixes before you deploy them in a production environment. Because the builds are cumulative, each new fix release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2008 R2 fix release. We recommend that you consider applying the most recent fix release that contains this hotfix. -
One cumulative hotfix package includes all the component packages. The cumulative update package updates only those components that are installed on the system.
