KB2881285 - You cannot change the Run64BitRuntime property of an Integration Services project by using the SQL Server Data Tools in SQL Server 2012 or SQL Server 2014

Symptoms

You have Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate or Professional installed on a server. When you try to change the Run64BitRuntime property of an Integration Services project by using the SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT), you find the property is disabled and cannot be changed.
