Symptoms
When you sign in to Microsoft Azure through either the Add Azure Replica wizard or the Deploy Database to a Microsoft Azure VM wizard, you are redirected to the main Azure Portal page instead of the download for the publishing profile.
Resolution
The fix for this issue was first released in the hotfix update package for SQL Server 2014 CTP2.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
