Symptoms
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Analysis Services (SSAS 2008 R2) or SSAS 2012 or SSAS 2014 may crash when one of the following conditions is true:

Multiple threads try to access a cube script statement for the first time concurrently.

Multiple threads try to access a cube script statement concurrently after executing a clear cache command.
Resolution
The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update of SQL Server.
