This hotfix applies to Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2014 or 2016 Reporting Services (SSRS).

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

  • You configure Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2012, 2014 or 2016 to run in SharePoint Integrated mode.

  • You use a drillthrough report in SharePoint.

  • The report contains some parameters that do not have value supplied by the main report, and do not have default value set.

In this scenario, you receive the following error message:

"The '<ParameterName>' parameter is missing a value".

However, in Native Mode and Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS), there is no such error message displayed.
