Symptoms
You use the AlwaysOn Availability Groups feature in Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 1 (SP1). You also have memory-optimized tables defined in at least one availability group database. In this situation, the wait time of HADR_SYNC_COMMIT wait types might become longer than expected, this might decrease the performance of an instance of SQL Server, and users may report slower INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE (DML) operations.
