KB3121647 - FIX: "Non-yielding Scheduler" condition when you query a partitioned table that has a columnstore index in SQL Server 2014

Symptoms

Assume that you have a table that has lots of partitions and a columnstore index in Microsoft SQL Server 2014. When you run a query against the table, a "Non-yielding Scheduler" condition may occur, and SQL Server generates a memory dump file.

Resolution

The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server 2014:

Each new cumulative update for SQL Server contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous cumulative update. We recommend that you download and install the latest cumulative updates for SQL Server 2014:
