The print button in your SQL Server Reporting Services report doesn't work after you install Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1 (SP1). This problem occurs when SQL Server Reporting Services is running in the Native mode.

Additionally, the following error message may be logged in your browser console when the problem occurs:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'SharePoint' of undefined

This problem occurs because of an issue in the JavaScript code that creates the print button.

This problem is fixed in the following update for SQL Server:

3207512 Important update for SQL Server 2016 SP1 Reporting Services

To work around this problem, export your report to a PDF document, and then print it.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
