Symptoms
Assume that you execute DBCC CHECKDB on a database that contains memory-optimized system-versioned temporal tables in Microsoft SQL Server 2016, and the data flush task is invoked at the same time. In this situation, an access violation may occur, and a dump file is generated. You also receive an error message that resembles the following:
A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in the following cumulative updates for SQL Server:Cumulative Update 2 for SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1 (SP1)Cumulative Update 4 for SQL Server 2016
