Consider the following scenario:

  • You have a report that accepts a DateTime type parameter in Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Reporting Services (SSRS).

  • You open the SSRS web portal on a computer that uses a different time zone setting than the setting that's used by the SSRS report server.

  • You create a subscription that accepts a DateTime type parameter to subscribe to the report.

In this scenario, when the subscription is run, incorrect data is returned.

This fix for this problem is included in Cumulative Update 3 for SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1.
