Symptoms

Assume that you install SQL Server 2017 Analysis Services (SSAS 2017) on Windows in tabular mode. After installation, you may notice that the performance counters are missing in the Performance Monitor. This may cause problems in troubleshooting SSAS performance issues.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:

       Cumulative Update 3 for SQL Server 2017
