Symptoms
Assume that you create global key event handle in a local process in SQL Server 2017 on Linux. If the process that owns the handle exits, SQL Server may crash. Additionally, a core dump may occur.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
