Symptoms
In Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or 2017, you may encounter a "Non-yielding Scheduler" condition if a large number of row-column values are processed in row groups. The threshold was decreased to yield the processor.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
