Symptoms
When Trace Flag (TF) 834 is enabled to use large page allocations in SQL Server 2019, SOS_BLOCKALLOCPARTIALLIST spin lock contention may occur.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:

Workaround
To work around this issue, you can disable TF 834.
