Assume that you use transactional replication in Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2017, or 2019. When the workload on the publication database is heavy, a non-yielding scheduler dump occurs in InterlockedCompareExchangePointer and SOS_RWLock.


Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
