Symptoms

When you try to upgrade an SSISDB that is restored in Cumulative Update 1 (CU1) or Cumulative Update 2 (CU2) for Microsoft SQL Server 2019 from earlier versions, you notice that ISDBUpgradeWizard.exe generates the following error message:

at Microsoft.SqlServer.IntegrationServices.Wizard.Common.Model.DBUpgradeModel.DBUpgrade()
