Symptoms
Assume that an SB-Messaging send port is created on a server that has the Norwegian locale. When you try to send a message by using this SB-Messaging send port on a host server that has the English locale, the "DefaultScheduledEnqueueTimeUtc" binding property generates the following error message:
A message going to a one-way send port is being suspended.
Reason:The send port configuration corresponding to the message was not found.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative updates for BizTalk Server:
