Symptoms
Assume that you have multiple computers that are configured in a BizTalk Group that uses a mix of computer names and computer names with Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN).
When you configure the Log Shipping destination in Microsoft BizTalk Server, you receive the following error message:
Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.bts_LogShippingHistory' with unique index
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative updates for BizTalk Server:

Cumulative Update 2 for BizTalk Server 2020
