Before you install this update, all previously issued updates for this product must be installed.

Palestinian Authority

This update includes the following Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes:

  • The 2015 DST ended October 23, 2015 instead of October 22, 2015.

  • The 2019 DST ended October 23, 2019 at 00:00 (midnight) instead of 01:00.

  • The 2020 DST started at 01:00 on March 28, 2020 instead of March 27, 2020

  • The 2020 DST ended at 01:00 on October 24, 2020 instead of October 31, 2020.

The Windows Embedded Compact 2013 Monthly Update (March 2021) is now available from Microsoft. To download the update, go to the Device Partner Center (DPC).

Prerequisites

This update is supported only if all previously issued updates for this product have also been installed.

Restart requirement

After you apply this update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To do this, use one of the following methods:

  • On the Build menu, click Clean Solution, and then click Build Solution.

  • On the Build menu, click Rebuild Solution.

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this software update.

Update replacement

This update does not replace any other updates.
