Symptoms
Assume that you're using a non-transactional MQSeries receive location to receive UTF-8 messages. You notice that the receive location is receiving the same duplicate message in an endless loop.
Note This problem was introduced in Cumulative Update 7 for BizTalk Server 2016.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative updates for BizTalk Server:
