Summary
This update improves the Windows 10, version 2004, 20H2, and 21H1 out-of-box experience (OOBE). This update applies only to the Windows 10, version 2004, 20H2, and 21H1 OOBE process and is available only when OOBE updates are installed.
Additionally, this update fixes the following issue:

Fixes an issue that prevents Microsoft Intune from syncing on a device using VPNv2 configuration service provider (CSP). For more information about how to add VPN connections using Intune, see Windows 10 and Windows Holographic device settings to add VPN connections using Intune.
How to get this update
Windows OOBE
This update is installed during the Windows 10 OOBE process if an Internet connection is available during the OOBE process.

There are no prerequisites for installing this update.
