Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You deploy a very large number of schemas that have the same message type. (That is, the same namespace and root node name.)

You turn on message property tracking on the port that processes these messages.
When you send a message of this message type through the port, the BizTalk host instance stops responding. Additionally, the following errors are logged in the event log:

For 64-bit host instance:
Faulting application name: BTSNTSvc64.exe, version: <VersionNumber>, time stamp: <TimeStamp>
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: <VersionNumber>, time stamp: <TimeStamp>

Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
