This improvement is included in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:

Note As a part of the cumulative update (CU) installation, the binding redirect for Newtonsoft.Json in the following configuration files will get updated to "13.0.0.0":

BTSNTSvc.exe.config and BTSNTSVC64.exe.config: Application configuration files for BizTalk host instances.

Management Service\Web.config: The Web configuration file for the Management Service REST API.

OperationalDataService\Web.config: The Web configuration file for the Operational Data Service REST API.
If you experience any failures that are related to Newtonsoft.Json after you install the CU, check your configuration files to see whether the binding redirect is correct per your environment.
