Symptoms
Assume that an Event Hub adapter send port shows a delay in processing requests. For example, you see a delay during periods of heavy message loads or high network latencies. Although messages are not sent successfully because of time-outs, no error message is returned, and the corresponding status is reported as a success.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
