Symptoms
When AS2 and EDI are installed in BizTalk Server, the corresponding BizTalkDTADb database information is added to the adm_OtherDatabases and adm_OtherBackupDatabases tables that are located in the BizTalkMgmtDb database. These updates are ignored by the UpdateDatabase.vbs script that's provided by BizTalk Server.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
