Symptoms
Assume that you make changes to Microsoft SQL Server Agent jobs to use SQL Server Always On availability groups. For example, you want to add the primary replica check. These changes might be lost during the installation of a cumulative update (CU) if you make these changes in the following jobs:

Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
