Symptoms
This issue occurs in the following scenario:

A user shares a whiteboard or presents a PPT in a meeting by using Microsoft Lync 2013. Then, the user starts recording in the meeting.

The user adds an annotation in the whiteboard or the PPT, and then stops recording.

In a short time, such as 5 seconds, after stopping recording, the user continues to add annotations.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following update:
