This issue occurs in a Microsoft Windows Fabric environment that has multiple front-end servers deployed in a pool. This issue occurs because a new primary front-end server is not ready to be signed in. Therefore, Microsoft Lync Phone Edition stops trying to sign in to the pool again.


To resolve this issue, install one of the following cumulative updates:
