Improvements and fixes
This security update includes improvements and fixes that were a part of update KB4075213 (released February 21, 2018) and addresses the following issues:

Provides Spectre and Meltdown protection for 32-Bit (x86) and 64-Bit (x64) versions of Windows.

Provides security updates to Internet Explorer, the Microsoft Graphics component, Windows Kernel, Windows Shell, Windows MSXML, Windows Installer, and Windows Hyper-V.
