Issue

Message - "The project has already been used in a Change Order for a fee." occurs when I am trying to create my 8th Change Order for this project. I have my Change Orders approved but they are not all showing in the inquiry window.

Resolution

Make sure that all of the Change Orders are not only approved but that they have also been processed. Once the Change Order has been processed, then the 8th Change Order will be able to be created.
