Introduction Â
A hotfix rollup package (build 4.7.9.0) is available for Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016 Service Pack 3 (SP3). This rollup package resolves some issues and adds some improvements that are described in the "Issues fixed and improvements added in this update" section.    Â
This update rollup reinstalls everything, including missing files, user registry keys, and shortcuts. So as an upgrade prerequisite, download the Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 Service Pack 3 .zip file. For more information, refer to MIM 2016 SP3 upgrade from Forefront Identity Manager 2016 SP2.

MIM Synchronization Service utility tools
The MIM Synchronization Service utility tools listed below might fail due to .NET framework compatibility issue with dependent components. An updated version of these tools is now available, to download from the Microsoft Download Center. Download and copy the latest versions to the bin folder in the program files for the Microsoft Identity Manager Synchronization Service.

This is a cumulative update that replaces all MIM 2016 SP2 updates, from 4.6.34.0 through build 4.6.673.0 for Microsoft Identity Manager 2016.
