MSExchangeOWAAppPool application pool consumes excessive memory on restart in Exchange Server 2013

When Outlook Web App and the Exchange Web Services (EWS) application pools restart, and lots of accepted domains exist in Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, the application pools stay in a recycle state and consume a large amount of memory.

To fix this issue, install Cumulative Update 15 for Exchange Server 2013 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2013.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
