Message 'You May Not Enter Receipts for This Child Customer' occurs after entering a Customer in Cash Receipts Entry.
Note - If the customer is a child in a National Accounts relationship, and the option No New Cash Receipts Will Be Allowed For Child Customers Of National Account is Unmarked, you will not be able to add a new Cash Receipt. Existing Cash Receipts of a child customer are not affected. The check box also applies to all children in the national accounts definition.
