This update contains the following fixes in SharePoint Server Subscription Edition:

  • Fixes an issue in which the Antimalware Scan Interface (AMSI) upgrade action fails after you install Description of the security update for SharePoint Server Subscription Edition: September 12, 2023 (KB5002474).

  • Fixes an issue in which you cannot filter on a managed metadata column if the document library has more than 1,500 items after you install Description of the security update for SharePoint Server Subscription Edition: July 11, 2023 (KB5002424).

  • Fixes an issue in which no warning appears in the Search Result Preview of the query builder if an invalid query is entered in the query box. After you install this update, a warning is added in the Search Result Preview if the query cannot be understood.

  • Fixes an issue in which the modern Events web part creates incorrect date entries in ICS files when exporting all-day events if SharePoint Server is not in the UTC time zone.

  • Fixes an issue in which entire library items are exported by using the Export to Excel button on a subfolder within a document library in the modern experience.

  • Fixes an issue in which you cannot drag and drop email messages directly from Microsoft Outlook to a document library in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

  • Fixes an issue in which attachments that are opened from a list do not behave according to the Open in the client application option.

  • Fixes an issue in which you cannot save list item changes when you update a choice column.
