Symptoms

When printing an Office document (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or other) with a customized color profile defined, the color corrections are ignored.

Cause

Office doesn’t support color profiles during printing or drawing.

Resolution

To work around this, open the document in the appropriate Office application. Go to the File menu and select Print, and then choose Microsoft Print to PDF to save the document in PDF format. You can then open the PDF in a browser or Windows Photo Viewer, and print from there.
