Symptoms
After you upgrade Microsoft Internet Explorer to version 5.5 and later, and you print a message from Outlook Express, the font size may be too large or small.
Cause
This behavior may occur occur if the print drivers are not set to the same font size (the default font size is medium) as the text size.
Resolution
To resolve this problem, change the font size to smallest in both Internet Explorer and Outlook Express, restart Microsoft Windows, and then change the font size back to medium. To do this, reset the font size by by using the following steps in this section.
How to Set the Smallest Font Size in Outlook Express

Start Outlook Express.

On the Tools menu, click Options.

On the Read tab, click Fonts.

In the Font size box, click Smallest, click OK, and then click OK.

Exit Outlook Express.
How to Set the Medium Font Size in Outlook Express

Start Outlook Express.

On the Tools menu, click Options.

On the Read tab, click Fonts.

In the Font size box, click Medium, click OK, and then click OK.

Exit Outlook Express.

Shut down and restart your computer.
How to Set the Smallest Font Size in Internet Explorer
