Symptoms
Assume that you make a call by using Microsoft Lync 2013 for Android on a device that has an Intel ARM emulation-based chipsets or MediaTek chipsets. In this situation, the person you call cannot hear your voice. In some situations, you also cannot hear the other person's voice.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
