I am receiving the message: Please close the Deferral Batch Entry Window open by user “XXX”when trying to access Revenue Expense Deferrals Windows.All users are out of the system and deleted the contents of the Activity file.
Answer:
Run Deferrals Check Links on the User Activity File.This is found under Routines-Company-Deferral Check Links.Insert the User Activity file and Click Insert.Then try to access the window your were trying to access previously.
