In Microsoft Business Solutions-Great Plains 8.0 Business Portal 2.5, when you modify an existing Project Time and Expense timesheet template, the projects that do not have time entered are deleted when you save the timesheet. Only the projects and the cost categories where time is entered are saved with the timesheet.
